Pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, indents 5 and 11 from the Electricity Distribution Grid Code (Official
Gazette of RM No. 83/2008) the Operator of electricity distribution system is obliged:
¦ to stipulate technical conditions, rules, recommendations and guidelines for the devices and the
equipment in distribution system; and
¦ to stipulate technical conditions for connecting the consumers of distribution system and
distributed generators to the distribution system.
Also, pursuant to Article 32, paragraph 2, indent 19 from the Grid Codes, the Decision on the consent
for connection passed by the Distributor may also contain other conditions stipulated in the
corresponding Grid Code, technical standards and technical recommendations of the Distributor for
connecting a distributed generator to the electricity distribution grid.
