Windmill park “Bogdanci”
  • An environmental protection study was conducted for connecting а 110 kV transmission line TS 20/110 kV Windmill Park Bogdanci – TS 110/35 kV Valandovo and a decision of the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning was obtained.
  • Agricultural land was re-appropriated into construction land and land parcels were expropriated for the construction of an access road.
  • An infrastructural project for access roads was completed and approved.
  • An infrastructural project for a 110 kV transmission line was completed and approved.
  • LOT1 – the equipment was admitted into the plant. A construction permit for the Windmill Park Bogdanci was obtained from the municipality of Bogdanci (September 2013). The contractor completed the construction works on the foundations and mounted 16 turbines.
  • LOT2 – construction permits were obtained for the main access road, internal road and a transformer. The equipment of the transformer was internally tested and the preparations for handing the facility over are underway.
  • LOT3 – a construction permit was obtained. The construction works are completed and a part of the equipment is mounted.
  • The Windmill Park Bogdanci obtained a temporary status of a privileged producer from the Energy Regulatory Committee in September 2013.
  • An agreement was signed with MEPSO on connecting the park to the transmission network.

 

Implementation of a business operations software
  • The HeRMeS system by sections:
    • Human resources – fully implemented,
    • Wage calculation – this is done completely in the HeRMeS program package, and the old system is used for controlling the output data and correcting errors,
    • Work schedules and shifts – starting from April 2013, data are being entered into the system (both in the shifts module and directly into the wage calculation one), in parallel with testing the wages program with the data fed into the shifts module.
  • (DMS) (Document Management System):
    • Certain changes are required in the captive module regarding the scanning of the ingoing documents,
    • Once the SAP and HeRMeS systems are fully functional, the integration of the systems and working with the BAR codes will be inspected.
  • SAP system:
    • FI – analyzing observations and partial solutions for certain open issued. The issues remaining to be tested are electronic banking and reports, training in KU, preparation of master data for migration – suppliers,
    • AM – functional tuning of the module and defining locations for the fixed assets, training in KU, preparation of master data for migration,
    • IM – defining the workflow for approving investments, training in KU, preparation of master data for migration,
    • MM – defining the public procurement process and plan, defining the workflow for approving orders and invoices, training in KU and EU,
    • WM– defining the processes of:
      • final processing,
      • servicing,
      • training in KU and EU, preparation of master data for migration,
      • SD – resolving open issues (billing, interest, appearance of invoices, etc.), training in KU and EU, preparation of master data for migration,
    • CO – the installation of the system is completed in line with the requirements of AD ELEM, training in KU,
    • PM – the maintenance of the system is in place in accordance with the requirements of AD ELEM, training in KU and EU, preparation of a small portion of data for regular maintenance and overhauls,
    • BW – real data are awaited for to be fed into the system, so that the reports may be formed and tested.

The official launch of the system is scheduled for January 1, 2014.

 

Implementation of a quality management system as per ISO 9001:2008 for the needs of AD ELEM
  • Preparations for re-certification (individuals in charge of each of the procedures have been appointed); the procedures have been revised.
  • An internal inspection took place in April 2013.
  • The system was re-certified in May 2013.
Implementation of an environment protection system ISO 14001 for the needs of AD ELEM
  • An internal inspection was conducted in May 2013.
  • An external inspection was conducted in June 2013.
Implementation of a system for safety and health at work ISO 18001 of AD ELEM
  • A consultant was selected to implement AD ELEM’s system of safety and health at work ISO 18001 and the  implementation has commenced.
Administrative building of ELEM, Macedonia St. no number, municipality of Center
  • Participation in the technical evaluation of the bids for supervision during the construction of the administrative building of AD ELEM.
  • Participation in the technical support committee for the “New Business Premises of AD ELEM” project
